1. Products & Services<\/b><\/h5>

Knots Landed offers:<\/p>

  • Handmade physical crochet goods<\/b>, including made-to-order and custom items.<\/li>
  • Digital products<\/b>\u00a0such as crochet patterns and downloadable files.<\/li><\/ul>

    Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece may vary slightly from photos or measurements shown online. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.<\/p>

    2. Pricing & Currency<\/b><\/h5>

    Prices are displayed primarily in Canadian. Where possible, prices will be displayed in preferred currencies.<\/p>

    Buyers are responsible for all applicable:<\/p>

    • Taxes<\/li>
    • Customs duties<\/li>
    • Import fees<\/li>
    • Currency conversion charges<\/li><\/ul>

      Prices may change at any time without notice.<\/p>

      3. Orders<\/b><\/h5>

      Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.<\/p>

      Knots Landed reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of:<\/p>

      • Product availability issues<\/li>
      • Suspected fraudulent activity<\/li>
      • Shipping restrictions<\/li><\/ul>
        4. Processing & Shipping<\/b><\/h5>

        Production Times<\/b><\/p>

        All physical items are handmade to order unless stated otherwise.<\/p>

        Average production timeframe:<\/b>
        4 weeks<\/b>\u00a0prior to shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
        (Custom or complex orders may take longer.)<\/p>

        Shipping Estimates<\/b><\/p>

        Delivery time once shipped is estimated as 5-10 days dependent on shipping location. Transit delays may occur due to:<\/p>

        • Customs processing for international orders<\/li>
        • Postal delays<\/li>
        • Weather disruptions<\/li><\/ul>

          Once your order is shipped, Knots Landed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.<\/p>

          Shipping Responsibility<\/b><\/p>

          • Customers must ensure shipping addresses are accurate.<\/li>
          • Knots Landed is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.<\/li>
          • Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, loss or damage is outside our control; however, we will assist with carrier claims when possible.<\/li><\/ul>
            5. Digital Downloads<\/b><\/h5>

            Purchase of any Knots Landed digital pattern grants you a limited commercial license<\/b> to create and sell finished handmade items<\/b> made from the pattern under the following conditions:<\/p>

            \u2705<\/span> You may sell physical products made from the pattern.<\/p>

            \u274c<\/span> You may NOT copy, share, resell, distribute, or publish the pattern file or instructions in any form.<\/p>

            \u2705<\/span> You must credit Knots Landed<\/b> as the pattern designer in product listings, descriptions, or tags where reasonably visible.<\/p>

            \u2705<\/span> You must use your own photographs<\/b> for all listings and marketing \u2014 use of Knots Landed photography or images is not permitted.<\/p>

            \u274c<\/span> You may not mass-produce items or manufacture using third-party production facilities.<\/p>

            \u274c<\/span> You may not teach classes, create video tutorials, or publish derivative patterns based on this design without written permission from Knots Landed.<\/p>

            6. Returns & Refunds<\/b><\/h5>

            Physical Products (Non-Custom)<\/b><\/p>

            We accept returns for\u00a0non-custom physical items only<\/b>\u00a0under the following conditions:<\/p>

            • Return request must be submitted within\u00a030 days of delivery<\/b><\/li>
            • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition<\/li>
            • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs<\/li><\/ul>

              Original shipping charges are\u00a0non-refundable<\/b>.<\/p>

              Refunds are issued after items are received and inspected.<\/p>

              Custom & Personalized Products<\/b><\/p>

              All\u00a0custom-made or personalized items are final sale<\/b>\u00a0and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.<\/p>

              Damaged or Defective Items<\/b><\/p>

              If your order arrives damaged or defective:<\/p>

              • Contact us within\u00a07 days of delivery<\/b><\/li>
              • Provide clear photos showing the issue<\/li><\/ul>

                We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.<\/p>

                Digital Products<\/b><\/p>

                Because digital files cannot be returned,\u00a0all digital sales are final and non-refundable<\/b>.<\/p>

                7. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h5>

                All photos, designs, crochet patterns, product descriptions, website content, branding, and digital files are the intellectual property of\u00a0Knots Landed<\/b>\u00a0and protected under Canadian copyright law.<\/p>

                You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use any content commercially without written permission.<\/p>

                8. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h5>

                To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>

                • Knots Landed is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/li>
                • Liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.<\/li><\/ul>

                  Use of any product or website content is at your own risk.<\/p>

                  9. International Orders<\/b><\/h5>

                  By purchasing from outside Canada, you acknowledge:<\/p>

                  • Customs duties, VAT, or import charges may apply<\/li>
                  • Knots Landed is not responsible for refused, held, or seized shipments<\/li>
                  • Delivery times vary significantly based on location and customs processing<\/li><\/ul>
